The Washington – $30 per person

Twin Chesapeake Crab Cakes
Fresh lump crabmeat blended with seasonings, pan sautéed
then baked to a golden brown. Served with wild rice.

Filet Mignon
Tenderloin of beef wrapped in bacon, marinated, then grilled to order.
Topped with a mushroom cap and béarnaise sauce. Sided with béarnaise and baked potato.

Roasted Duckling
Marinated with fine herbs then oven baked. Draped with a raspberry anglaise. Served with wild rice.

The Lincoln – $29 per person

Sea Bass Supreme
Fresh sea bass in marinade, broiled with butter and white wine. Draped with cream sauce & topped with a jumbo shrimp. Served with wild rice.

Prime Rib of Beef
Choice prime rib slow roasted and served au jus with creamy horseradish sauce. Served with baked potato.

Chicken Marsala
Grilled breast of chicken topped with Marsala wine and wild mushroom sauce. Served with wild rice.

The Madison – $27 per person

Sterling Salmon
Fresh salmon in house marinade topped with a light bearnaise sauce. Served with wild rice.

New York Sirloin
Sirloin steak cooked to order and draped with a mushroom brandy sauce. Served with baked potato.

Chicken Dijonaise
Boneless breast of chicken grilled & topped with a creamy Dijon sauce. Served with wild rice.

Entrees served with fresh bread, garden salad, fresh vegetables, and a choice of rice pilaf or baked potato. Desserts include chocolate mousse, apple, or peach cobbler. Choice of only one dessert for all guests.
